Delivery is FREE on every item on this website!
How long will my order take?
Delivery times are stated on each catagory, We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible ! On 24 hour catagories, We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours subject to stock availability, cut off time is 12pm daily. Delivery is to ground floor only, Normal delivery times are 9.00am - 5.30pm. All orders delivered within 24 hours are NOT pre-booked with the end user. If an out of stock situation applies you will be notified asap, giving you the opportunity to wait for all items to come at the same time, or to except a part delivery until the out of stock items become available.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday between 9.00am - 5.30pm, If delivery fails as a result of customer not being available to accept goods then a minimum re-delivery charge of £42.50+ vat will apply.

Where do you deliver?
FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, There is an additional charge and extended delivery times for deliveries to Highlands, and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. Delivery access
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your building as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, please do not hesitate to call our sales team on 01282 611 835 before you order, as we can usually get you a price for this.
Problems with deliveries
We use couriers for many of our 24 hour items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as the item is received to
